No, but Blue Sky Frames requires a confirmed address and PayPal ensures that. An individual PayPal account is free. It only costs you your time in setting up your account and the easy shopping experience thereafter.
- How do I order more than one item?

- What do I do if after entering the shipping information, I notice a mistake after clicking on enter zip/postal zip code button?Go ahead and click the OK button that pops up. When items in the shopping cart appear, you can make the necessary changes now. After the changes are made, click on the update cart button. This will bring up all the corrections you just made.
- What information do I need to supply when placing an order?
We need your billing information (this should match your PayPal account info) - name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address (should be PayPal email address since invoice will be sent through PayPal). Also complete shipping address if different from billing address.

- Can I order a module frame size that is not mentioned on your website?
Yes, as long as the module frame size does not exceed 48" in length and 36" in width. Any module frames that exceed these dimensions, must be picked up at the manufacturing plant when order is completed.
- If I order evergreen trees now and place an order later, will the trees be the same color?
In most cases they will not be the exact same color. No tree in the real forests are exactly the same color. We have worked to give you trees that represent the actual shapes, sizes, and colors found in our natural forests.
- What is the longest dimension for a module frame?
Our recommendation would be 6 feet. This module size would allow you to move it down a hall and through a 30" door opening without any problems. Module frames exceeding 6 feet in length will usually cause problems when you get around to moving it.
